So I'm off this July to live with my boyfriend in Melbourne, Australia, I'm currently living in London. I'm at college, so I need to balance everything,as usual, but I just wanna get back into a routine!

My specific areas of my body I want to improve are my pecs, and abs. I have KINDA the top 2 rows of abs showing through...but my pecs kinda died when I had exams and stopped eating due to stress!

Currently my diet is around this:

    Breakfast- Porridge + Milk

Lunch - tortia bread with chicken and sweet chilli sauce

Snack- Milk, some kind of cereal bar.

Dinner - Usually a home cooked meal with vegetables, usually pretty healthy, although sometimes pasta. Tonight I had meatballs for example...yesterday I had Chicken Stirr Fry and Vegetables..

So yeah! I basically just need pointing in the right direction. I've been to the gym tonight, and did about 1/2 hour on the treadmill, at a pretty high speed (11), which must have been a few hundred calories burnt off...although I know I'm not trying to lose calories... I did about 200 crunches too..

So yeah, I have a gym at my home, aswell as a gym membership! Just need tips, on my food intake, what kind of snacks I can be looking at, and any supplments, ie protein powder or something??? Anyone know any good workouts for my target areas?

Oh, another target area would be my BUTT. Although everyone says it's nice, I want it more round and bigger? lol.

I currently weigh around 9.5 stone, and am about 5 '8.

If anyone could help that'd be awesome. I want my body to look like this haha:

Can I do this in 6 months? icon_biggrin.gif How many times gym should I be aiming for?

    Cheers guys!

If you don't have the genetics to begin with you will NEVER look like that. Sorry.

You can do a lot to make yourself the helthiest (and most physically attractive) that YOU can be.

A good place to start might be the "Strong and Lean 12-Week Workout plan" posted here... well as taking another look at your diet (more lean meats, fruits, veggies, fewer processed meats and carbs... etc)

    Good Luck.
