Didnt get any feedback before but I also posted in the wrong forum, Ill repost here

My roommates have finally decided to get off of their asses and start working out with me. All of them have spent an ungodly amount of money on supplements. One of these kids claims to know more than I do about them, yet he I see him spending $80 and more on what looks to be crap. So my question is, out of the following, does anyone have any experience or opinions on the following?


The only one that I personally have found even remotely helpful in a workout is the NanoVapor. I personally use Weider brand creatine monohydrate and GNC NOS, both of which have worked fine for me.

Oh also, anyone have any experience with Winni-V? I almost ordered it but realized that I would be a hypocrite if I didn't get some more info than what the company gives out.
