    I love to work out! Totally could have a bad day and just going to the gym makes me forget about everything and I walk out all good.
    I've come a long way in the last 14 years. I am 34 and weigh about 170 with a 33 waist. Much different than when I was 20 and weighed 240 and had a 38 waist! I was a big boy. (Check out my pics below) Now that I am happy with my weight, I want to build more muscle...esp in my chest. I love my legs, I get compliments on them all the time....I'm a runner...about 7-8 miles a day now so those get worked all the time. Back is starting to get more defined...but seriously, I want some nice pecs, I am not happy with mine currently. Also, eating a little more protein and better nutrition to maybe get my abs to pop...I know they are in there, I feel them. haha.

    Ran the Twin Cities Marathon Oct 2nd in 2011...first time. Goal, under 4 hours!
    AND....I DID it! 3hours 57minutes!!!!

    Chicago Marathon is next October 13th, hoping to qualify for the Boston with this one, that means 3 hours 5 mins. Wish me luck.

    Well did 3:55 so didn't qualify but ran a better marathon and had sooo much fun plus had a wonderful support group that followed me down there!
