In general I'm looking for support/suggestions on how to gain weight; muscle mass, that is. I'm already going to the gym 5 days a week, letting groups of muscles rest between rotations; but I'm still not sure what a good, healthy muscle growing diet consists of. I've read a few articles, but i think those are made for guys that already have a predisposition to being big and muscular. I welcome all suggestions; however, I'm particularly interested in what small-framed guys have to say.
I'll also mention that hanging out is cool on my part, but i do realize that you HOT guys are all over the US. I'm in AZ, though.
