Cardio training: 4 times per week 35 minutes per session

Other sports I like: mostly into running (have run 21 marathons - not running that distance these days). new-ish to yoga (would like to find a men's yoga studio and would be interested in trying naked yoga). making a conscious effort to get back in the pool. i walk the dog on local trails where ever i might be. this summer bought an inflatable sup - they're great fun!
