Exercise Time Overview
Indoor Bike or Spin Bike 30 Minutes Do 30 minutes of cycling on the indoor bike or spin bike. Cycle at a moderate level, with the goal to achieve and maintain a Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) of 6 - 7.
