Kickboxing and/or Boxing Classes 45 Minutes Minimum Find a great kickboxing or boxing class near you and get ready for a fun, intense full-body workout. Note: The best kickboxing and boxing classes are generally offered at smaller kickboxing and boxing gyms and studios that specialize in these sports, but you may be able to find a decent program at your gym. If you're too tired from the week's workouts or just can't fit it in your schedule, you can skip this extra credit day. That said, we highly recommend it for your mental health as much as your physical health. Never underestimate the power of being active!
