Exercise Time Overview
Outdoor Hike or Power Walk 45 Minutes Minimum Take a brisk outdoor hike or power walk. Make sure to hit some hills to get your heart rate up. If you're too tired from the week's workouts or just can't fit it in your schedule, you can skip this extra credit day. That said, we highly recommend it for your mental health as much as your physical health. Never underestimate the power of being active!
